Message	Compression ratio isn't the only thing that matters... Polished and Ported valves make a bit of a difference. Cams make a bit of a difference. Boring the block over makes a bit of a difference. etcetera... A fully built engine makes a huge difference. But also, keep in mind he could have dynoed his car in subfreezing weather with ice water dripping over the intercoolers. There's no real way to know the circumstances of the dyno.
